Preschool turns 70

MOUNT Evelyn Memorial Pre-School recently celebrated its 70th anniversary.
A host of dignitaries turned out for the event, including Yarra Ranges Shire councillor Maria McCarthy, Casey MP Tony Smith and Evelyn MP Christine Fyffe.
They joined a host of past and present friends of the school, including current president Kelly Roberts and many of its students.
Since the inception, the preschool has been providing quality programs for the region.
