The smiling faces of children were scattered across playgrounds in the Yarra Ranges this week, as playgrounds were re-opened for the first time in about six weeks.As part of the State Governments first step towards reopening Victoria, outdoor playgrounds were re-opened from 14 September.The Star Mail sent out photographer Stewart Chambers to capture delighted children on playgrounds in Montrose, Yarra Glen and Healesville.
