Have you seen Michael?

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Michael.

The 25-year-old was last seen leaving Maroondah Hospital about 9.50am yesterday.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he has several medical conditions.

He is known to frequent the Croydon and Knox areas.

A photo of Michael has been released in the hope that it may lead to information on his current whereabouts.

Michael is described as being about 180cm tall with a thin build and black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black jumper, black pants and red shoes.

Anyone who sights Michael or with information is urged to contact Croydon Police Station on 9724 0100
