Cardinia Shire Council announces business networking event

Cardinia Shire Council has announced a date for the first Cardinia business networking breakfast, a new local community business event.

The event will take place on Wendesday 30 March at Cardinia Cultural Centre and will focus on staff and skill shortages, and support and assistance available.

Cardinia Shire Mayor Councillor Jeff Springfield said the council is excited to provide an opportunity to local businesses to network and reconnect face-to-face after a challenging year for the community.

“With so many businesses in the shire experiencing staff and skill shortages, together we can address this issue and guide our way through the range of support options available.” he said.

The breakfast will feature Guest speaker Brett Ornstien, the current regional manager of Job Prospects, who has 20 years’ experience in employment services needs and training requirements.

Tickets will cost $28 and can be bought from www.trybooking.com/BXKNB
