Police are asking anyone who has seen a missing girl to urgently call Boronia Police Station on 9760 6600.
16-year-old Caitlyn was last seen in Ferntree Gully on the morning of Sunday 6 March.
Police said they have concerns over her welfare because her disappearance is out of character.
