Glenfern Road in Ferntree Gully is closed eastbound at Lysterfield Road after a truck rolled.
At 12.44pm a collision occurred which resulted in a truck rolling, with one person potentially trapped within a vehicle.
Police and emergency services responded to the incident, with people being urged to use Burwood Highway through Upper Ferntree Gully and Upwey instead of Glenfern Road.
It is unclear how long the road will be closed or the result of the collision.
