A 21-year-old driver in Kalorama was issued a penalty notice after he collided with an embankment and overturned his vehicle on Saturday 7 May.
Police said the man was fortunate after to escape injury after the collision on Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, and his vehicle is likely to be written off and reminded drivers to be cautious on wet roads at night.
“This could have been a far more serious incident if the vehicle had collided with a tree or another vehicle.” Victoria Police said.
