As part of Sacred Stage’s 15th-anniversary concerts, a charity concert in memory of English composer Vaughan Williams will be held at the Dandenong Ranges Music Council Hall on Sunday 16 October.

The program is as follows:

The Six Studies in English Folk Song by Monica Edward (cello) and Mary Knights-Rutten (piano)

Suite De Balley for flute and piano and Suitelies for solo flute by Livia Judge (flute)

Pol Che per Mia Ventura by J. Rutten and The Apple Tree by Miriam Hyde performed by Danielle Zuccala and Jo-Anne Mileto (piano)

The Lake in the Mountains – piano solo by Mary Knights-Rutten

Improvisation as Nature and The Women of the Best by Jacqui Rutten with The Riddell Ensemble also

Epiogue (movement 4) quartet No. 2 in A minor

In Windsor Forest – Singularity Choir led by Cecily Woodberry (piano reduction)

Door sales will go towards Dandenong Ranges Emergency Relief Service.
