Nominations for the Knox Australia Day Awards close Friday 2 December.
“Our Awards is a great opportunity to recognise those who reach out to help others, volunteer in the community, or work to preserve the environment.” Knox City Council said.
There are six categories that nominations are now open for: Citizen of the Year, Senior Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Local Hero, Sustainability Leadership, and Volunteer of the Year.
Nominations can be made by completing an online form at knoxcouncil.wufoo.com/forms/q1obilkz1iqofx5/
