SNIPPETS: Free workshops for community activities

Knox City Council is offering free workshops throughout the year for community groups, clubs, not-for-profit organisations and individuals who provide services, programs and activities throughout the local area.

“The workshops are a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills, strengthen the knowledge of your organisation or club – and of course, network with others,” Knox City Council said.

“Our first program of workshops will run until June, with the second half to be released later in the year.”

The two workshops in February are a Community Grant Writing workshop on Wednesday 15 February and a How to Acquit for Your Grant on Wendesday 22 February.

All workshops are held either online or at the Knox Civic Centre.
