Man who frequents Bayswater wanted by police

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Justin Carthy, who frequently spends time in the Bayswater area.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 35-year-old for failing to appear in court for firearm, drug and theft offences.

Carthy is known to frequent Melton South, Pakenham and Bayswater areas.

Investigators have released an image of Carthy in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.

He is described as having a solid build, 170cm tall with facial tattoos on his left cheek, left eye and right eye.
