Police search for owner of money left on register at Westfield Knox

After a purse containing an undisclosed amount of cash was left behind at a department store cash register at Westfield Knox on Sunday 12 February, Knox Police are looking for the owner.

Staff reviewed store security cameras and it would appear the purse was left behind by a female shopper.

Knox Police are now seeking further information to identify the rightful owner.

Those with information are advised to contact First Constable Potter at Knox Police Station on 9881 7000. Further details and verification will need to be provided to confirm ownership.

The property reference is 202302-E-1134.
