Police ask community for assistance with CCTV

Police in the Yarra Ranges would like to connect with the local community to broaden their ability to solve local crime with the assistance of residential and commercial businesses CCTV.

By working in partnership with the community and utilising existing technology police can improve their response, crime prevention options and criminal prosecutions.

Police are residents of the Yarra Ranges if they own CCTV, please consider registering it via the following email address:

Details to include in the email are name, contact number, email address, business name, address, CCTV location/coverage and storage time.

Police said via social media that together they can work to reduce harm within our community.
