Sunny Sat, spring rain returns by Sunday

There is a zero chance of rain and sunshine is forecast for Saturday in Melbourne for the Grand Final according to the BoM.

It will be a quick turnaround however with some spring showers landing across the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley by Sunday.

Yarra Glen will have a max of 22℃ and up in Mount Dandenong will be a tad cooler with a max forecast of 18℃.

Sunday will see the day turn cloudy in Yarra Glen, a top of 18 and a very high chance of showers, most likely in the morning and afternoon. Winds will pick up and come from a northerly direction at 35 to 50 km/h tending northwest to southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h during the afternoon then becoming light during the evening.

Mount Dandenong will also be cloudy and have a top of 14 ℃. Also a Very high chance of showers, most likely in the afternoon and evening. Winds slightly less than the valley with a northerly 15 to 25 km/h tending northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h during the day then becoming light during the afternoon.
