Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing Ferntree Gully boy Travis.
The 17-year-old was last seen in Donvale on 20 November at about 9.30am.
Police and family have concerns for Travis’ welfare due to a medical condition and his disappearance being extremely out of character.
Travis is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165cm tall, with a slim build and short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey Adidas hoodie, a green/blue t-shirt and pink Nike runners.
It is believed Travis may travel to the Melbourne CBD, Wangaratta, or Wodonga areas and he does not have access to money.
Police have released an image of Travis in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
