Knox City Council has announced the return of the Move Your Way program for 2025.

The program will run from 17 February – 2 March 2025 across various locations in Knox.

The free two week program has over 65 events designed to get people moving, energised, and boosting their mental and physical health.

Open to all ages and abilities, this fun-filled program provides an opportunity to connect, socialise, and be part of the community while prioritising your health and well-being.

People can try a variety of activities such as all abilities tennis, pickleball, dance, mat pilates, yoga, karate, triathlon training, kids skateboarding, carers exercise class and walk, seniors exercise classes, and more.

Participants from last year had positive feedback on the program.

“I tried a new activity as a part of this program, then took friends along with me the next time I attended. This program encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try something new,” said Sue.

Participant Ming said they enjoyed playing the frisbee golf with their son as they had never tried it before.People of Knox can explore the program timetable and register for their free sessions at https://www.knox.vic.gov.au/moveyourway. Limited spots available.
