Belgrave Heights and South CFA are hosting a Fire Safety Essentials presentation at the brigade on Sunday 2 Feb from 11:00-12:30pm.
CFA members have invited the local public to come along to learn a few things about fire and meet some of our wonderful volunteers who will be around during the event.
The free one-hour session will help residents learn how to know if there is a fire nearby, what to expect during a bushfire or grassfire, their local bushfire or grassfire risk, the importance of having a plan and basic survival tips if your fire plan fails.
The brigade would like to remind people that the brigade carpark is for volunteers only, and needs to be kept available for emergency response at all times.
There is parking available on/off street nearby.
