iKOU Australia Pty Ltd has recalled its De-Stress Small Candle, a soy-based wax candle in a glass vessel with aromatherapy scent, after reports the wax can catch fire due to excessive essential oil.
The recall covers candles sold between 1 December 2024 and 10 June 2025. Consumers are urged to stop using the candle immediately as there is a risk of serious burn injuries or property damage. Incidents of the wax catching fire have already been reported.
Customers who own the candle, or who have given it to others or disposed of it, are advised to contact iKOU for a full refund.
