Rowville Police are seeking help from the general public for an incident that happened on 18 July that involved two cars and one driver confronting another.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed an incident at approximately 2.30pm on Jacksons Road, Mulgrave at the intersection of Police Road.
A white SUV and grey Mitsubishi Lancer were stopped in the right turning lane.
The driver of the Lancer has confronted the driver of the SUV.
