Police have charged a 44-year-old Lysterfield South man following a fatal shooting in Dandenong in 2019.
The man is the third to be charged after Mitat Rasini was murdered while driving his car in Dandenong, when the 51-year-old was found unresponsive with several gunshot wounds after crashing into a pole on 3 March 2019.
The man will appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court via Webex on Thursday 28 April.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives are appealing to anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
