YEAR 12 students across the hills had a day of celebrations, marking the end of years of schooling.
Belgrave Height Christian School and Mount Evelyn Christian School both had their focus on ensuring the day was a fun event, incorporating the whole school in the festivities.
Events and promotions co-ordinator at Belgrave Heights Christian College said the day centred around fun, laughter, food and celebration with all students and staff dressing up and the school decorated by the students.
Senior school co-ordinator at Mount Evelyn Christian School Cliff Blowers said when you follow the students through for many years, seeing them finish was a really proud moment.
“It’s a good day, it’s just sad at the end when you actually have to say goodbye,” he said.
“For us, it is important that the students can leave on the day feeling good.”
Year 12 students across the state will be commencing their written exams with English on 30 October at 9am.
