There are many programs available to ensure the right individual workout.

PINNACLE Health Club is excited to announce its new performance training zone and program will be launching on 20 April.
The program focuses on functional training, high-intensity interval training and being supported by a coach in a small group setting.
Members will now have access to more than 20 small group performance training sessions per week, all included in their membership.
The sessions are 30 minutes in duration and include seven styles that provide a full-body workout in a fun team environment.
The sessions include TRX, Kettlebell X, HIIT Strength, HIIT Cardio, Boxing X, Core, and WOW.
The club now hosts a massive 50 group fitness sessions per week free with your membership.
These are suitable for all fitness levels.
If high-intensity training isn’t your thing, but you enjoy doing yoga and pilates, the club hosts 10 sessions per week, which is included in a membership.
Club manager, Jade, said the club aimed to please all fitness levels.
“We cater with all different styles of classes, ranging from high-intensity sessions, to cycle, yoga, boot camp and, of course, super seniors program for over sixties looking to maintain their health and fitness,” she said.
“We look forward to welcoming you as a new member of our club.”
To celebrate the launch of the new training zone, Pinnacle is offering a two for one membership deal.
