From Saturday 5 March, independent research company Metropolis Research will be conducting the 2022 Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Cardinia Shire Council.

Around 900 residents across Cardinia Shire — which includes Gembrook, Emerald and Cockatoo — will be door-knocked and surveyed from March, to gain insight into community needs and the delivery of Council services.

Council said it will use the data from the surveys to inform improvements to the delivery of its services to community members.

“Participation in the survey is voluntary. However, your feedback is valuable, and we encourage and appreciate your participation,” Council said.

“Please be assured that your personal details and individual responses are confidential, and residents will not be asked to provide financial or banking details as part of this survey.”

Staff will be conducting the face-to-face surveys on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 5pm.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, Council’s Customer Service Team can be contacted on 1300 787 624.

General feedback may be provided to Council at any time via mail@cardinia.vic.gov.au, or on particular projects from our Creating Cardinia portal at www.cardinia.vic.gov.au/creatingcardinia
