The $5.3 million library was funded by Knox City Council with a contribution of $450,000 from the Victorian Government through the Living Libraries Infrastructure Program.

It was officially opened by Mayor Jude Dwight and Bayswater MP Mr Jackson Taylor on 27 March 2024.

The library is fast becoming a popular destination for our community with many enjoying the facilities and activities on offer.
